PT. Z is a company that produces all packaging needs. The problems exist in the production process are frequent occurrence of breakdowns on machines which result decreased productivity. This study aims to calculate Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value, analyze six big losses factors, and root causes from Imprabox Matt Floor process. From results calculations have been done, it found OEE value Marking Process 85.2%, Material Cutting 68.2%, Printing 75.8%, 47.9%, Welding 36.6%, Assembly 74.9% , Screw 81.3%. Only marking meets World Class with an smallest processes welding 36.6%. Six Big Losses analysis problem lack understanding employees operating one main low score. these problems, proposed improvements effort increase by conducting operator training, scheduling preventive maintenance, making machine checksheets, standardizing process, checking periodically.
